Murder Mystery Night!!!

Aww! That was so close to a Triple M. But anyways, I know I'm supposed to be working on ym assignments, but I just had to blog about this. Everyone needs a break now and then. So, I just got back from my Farrer 3rd Commons's Murder Mystery Night. For those who are unsure what is this, trying picturing Cluedo. It's something similar. Just that with this, we actually act it out. It's kinda hard to explain it. It'll be more easier to do it in person. I'll try to get it so that you guys can enjoy it the way I did.

Anyways, I play this character who's name is Prosper Alvin Bates, Esquire. He is Sir Roger's lawyer, personal advisor and golfing companion. I am a talented golfer and my legal practice consists principally of handling Sir Roger's business affairs. I am director on the board of Watersdown Beverages Ltd. and a frequent guest at Watersdown Mansion. In case you're confuse, Sir Roger will be the person who is murdered and Watersdown Beverages would the Sir Roger's company. There were 7 other characters there.

From the start, each and everyone of us are a suspect to the murder. Each round, each character will receive clues. There are some clues that are to be revealed to other characters, and there are some clues that you are suppose to conceal from other. But when asked about it, you cannot lie. You can avoid the question or try as much as possible to give out something but not the whole thing. It's not as easy as it sounds. Trust me. There are 4 rounds in total. After 4 rounds, each and everyone of us needs to guess who is the killer, and voila the killer will eventually be revealed.

How does my character fits into this murder mystery?

Prosper: This bad guy didn't want Sir Roger dead. He wanted him to live until Roger S. B. Astird could be proved a phony. The forged holographic will was just a contingency plan, in case one of the many people who had it in for Sir Roger got to him in the meantime.

However, eventually he would have had to kill Sir Roger as Prosper had been embezzling from Watersdown Beverages and it was only a matter of time before he got caught.

So that's about it that I can say I guess. I am trying to get the source of all these mysteries though. Planning to get some so that I an share the fun around.
